Delegate Short Bio: Established in 2009, the Sleep Center of the Neurological Specialty Hospital of the First Hospital of Jilin University is a leading, internationally certified facility dedicated to the comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and research of sleep disorders. Led by Professor Wang Zan, the multidisciplinary team has treated over 80,000 patients utilizing advanced subjective and objective evaluation methods, including polysomnography for over 10,000 cases.
Beyond high-quality clinical care, the center is highly active in academic research, undertaking numerous national grants and publishing over 100 papers. By frequently hosting national academic conferences and international exchange programs, the center plays a pivotal role in advancing regional sleep medicine and promoting public sleep health education.

Scope of Activity: Individual activity

Activity: On the occasion of World Sleep Day 2026, Professor Zan Wang and her team from the First Hospital of Jilin University actively participated in the 16th Beijing Sleep Academic Conference hosted by the Chinese Sleep Research Society. During this prestigious event, the team made significant academic contributions:
1. Professor Wang participated in the launching ceremony of the Working Committee on Hypersomnia and Related Disorders as a core member.
2. She delivered an authoritative lecture interpreting the new Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Insomnia in Chinese Adults.
3. She served as the leading expert and guest commentator for the “Enhua Cup” National Clinical Case Exchange Program.
4. Dr. Qingqing Sun presented a complex case report titled “The Truth Behind Difficult Arousal,” demonstrating the team’s rigorous clinical reasoning.
Through these active participations, the team contributed significantly to the standardized and precise development of sleep medicine in China.
