Activity: As part of World Sleep Day, the Neurology Unit of our hospital organized community outreach activities, including the distribution of sleep hygiene guidelines, talks for patient groups (Epilepsy and Sleep at the Chilean League Against Epilepsy), and participation in a webinar organized by the Chilean Society of Respiratory Diseases.
