Delegate Short Bio: The Canadian Sleep Research Consortium is as a national hub of sleep scientists and clinicians advancing research and interventions to optimize sleep health throughout the lifespan.
By fostering new partnerships between academia, government, industry and community-based organizations, we aim to catalyze the translation of sleep sciences and technology into practice and health promotion initiatives for diverse communities.

Activity: The Canadian Sleep Research Consortium will host a virtual webinar on World Sleep Day: Chasing Twilights: A Cross‑Canada Journey into Sleep Science. From fading light to restful night — the public can join sleep experts from across Canada to explore how twilight shapes our internal clock and to discover the science behind sleep, circadian rhythms, and time change.
