Activity: Paediatric Sleep Education Package- The Canadian Sleep Society has partnered with Sleeping Children Around the World in the creation of sleep education materials. Sleeping Children Around the World is a charity that provides children living in poverty with bedkits to facilitate a good night’s sleep; the sleep education package will support the bedkit by providing teachers / parents/ children key information on the good habits of sleep hygiene and sleep as a pillar of health.
