When you join the challenge you will receive a daily email from me outlining my best tips for mastering your 3 AM monkey mind and improving your sleep overall. Each day I will also be available to personally answer your questions live in the private challenge Facebook group.

Over the course of the challenge, step-by-step you will build an essential skill to help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and get back to sleep fast if you awaken too early.
