Scope of Activity: Individual activity
Activity: The aim of my activity was to raise awareness among the general public of three cities about sleep roles, how to sleep well, and to briefly discuss about the sleep apnea syndrome. This activity took place on March 13th on a radio station (Radio Balafon) followed by the people of Yaoundé, Douala, Bafoussam wich represents three of the most populated cities in Cameroon.
