Scope of Activity: Campaign of multiple activities

Activity: All activities are proposed by the sleep clinics AMBSONO and SIMSONO and involve partnerships with professionals in the fields of psychology, psychiatry, otolaryngology, speech therapy, physiotherapy, cardiologists, and professors from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, who have experience in teaching, research, and assistance in the areas of sleep, education, and health.

The activities were planned to take place during Sleep Week and reach an audience of healthcare professionals, patients, family members, and caregivers, in line with this year’s campaign theme: Sleep Well, Live Better.

PROPOSAL 1: Lobby Activity at the Onofre Lopes University Hospital (HUOL) – Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil
Target Audience: Patients, family members, and caregivers entering HUOL.

Key Activities
“The Dream Mural” (Lobby): An interactive panel where visitors post sticky notes answering the question: “What is stealing your sleep today?” Goal: This will generate real-world data on the sleep profile of the hospital community to inform future initiatives and clinical support.

The “Sleep Tribunal” (Interactive Game):
An adaptation of our “Myths vs. Truths” activity. Using our existing signs, we will frame it as a trial: Green (Innocent) vs. Red (Guilty).

Concept: “Is this habit good for you, or is it a crime against your sleep?”

Digital Takeaway:
At the end of the interaction, we could provide a QR code linking to a curated relaxation playlist.
