“Make Sleep Health a Priority in Practice”
SYMPLA/Youtube
Sleep is essential for everyone's health, although many people don't understand what good sleep is or, more importantly, how to get it! Brazilian INSS data indicates 472,000 absences from work due to mental health. Also, according to ABRAMET – Brazilian Association of Traffic Medicine, 60% of accidents are caused by fatigue and excessive drowsiness. On the other hand, it is indisputable to recognize the impact of sleep disorders on the quality of daily life, both in personal relationships and performance at work or school. Mental health depends on balance in the circadian rhythm (24-hour cycle that regulates wakefulness and sleep functions).
Think: What if sleeping well is linked to everything that happens in your life? What if you know that sleeping well is a natural device for well-being and success? What if you can, with a minimum of free time, have access to robust discoveries, such as well-being tips by specialized professionals in practical proposals that can boost your happiness? Come and bring your questions and experiences and, most importantly, expand healthy living in society.
Objective:
Making SLEEP HEALTH A PRIORITY in daily practice is the proposal of this invitation, at a time when research points to stress and other mental disorders that are most common illness.
