Amman-Jennson is head of the “Institut für Schlafforschung und Bioenergetik” (Institute for sleep science and bio-energetic) in Frastanz, A, and is actively involved in the family business SAMINA. Here, the focus clearly is bioenergetic sleep®. The sleep psychologist has acquired varied expert knowledge in numerous educations and trainings in the fields of psychology, the art of healing and medicine. Experiences out of his activities as psychotherapist and psychologist have contributed to the development of the worldwide successful SAMINA Sleep-Healthy-Concept. This concept is based on all scientifically known criteria of sleep biology and orthopedics.

Prof. Dr. med. h.c. Guenther W. Amann-Jennson has numerously been rewarded for his visionary thinking. In the years 2010 and 2012 his hotel-sleeping-concept Power-Sleeping-Rooms® was presented with the “SENSES Innovations Award”, the Oscar® of hotel industry. The Faculty of Medicine of the Armenian-Russian International University “Mkhitar Gosh” (Yerevan) awarded him in 2012 with the honorary doctorate of medicine.
