Short Bio:
Activity: Dreams tell us a lot about our lives, our aspirations, our fears and also about our imagination. Mostly they are not remembered completely. Just snippets of our dreams are remembered. Some people profess to never dream but we all dream. Modern technology may even be able to tap into our dreams. They are part of sleep but are not the essential part of sleep and so it is okay if people don’t recognise that they dream or even remember their dreams. However for those of us who do dream, it may be helpful to write down our dreams, to draw pictures of our dreams and to talk about our dreams with other ‘dreamers’. To have dream sleep is usually a pleasant experience and not to be feared. It is a form of relaxation and regeneration. I believe a lot could still be learned about dreaming and so would like it to become a stable of World Sleep Day.

Date of Activity: 14 March Friday or that weekend as we in Australia are a day ahead of most of the world
