Activity: Friday the 17th of March is World Sleep Day 2023. World Sleep Day is an annual celebration of sleep and a call to action on important issues related to sleep. JUS will be hosting a series of talks and discussions, presented by speakers from the Australasian Sleep Association (ASA), Australia and New Zealand Sleep Science Association (ANZSSA) and UniSA Sleep researchers.

The event will be held in H1-44 (Amy Wheaton Building, Magill Campus) and via Zoom from 10:30am to 12:00pm (SA time).

Session One – This session is a free webinar
“Sleep is essential for health” – ASA
9:30am-10:30am
• If attending in person, no registration is required, as the webinar will be live streamed into H1-44.
