Introduction
World Sleep Day is an international initiative aimed at raising awareness about the importance of healthy sleep and the burden of sleep disorders on individuals and society.
In 2026, the Armenian Sleep Disorders Association (ARSDA) focused its efforts on public awareness through media engagement, aiming to disseminate essential knowledge on sleep and sleep disorders to a wide audience across Armenia. This approach allowed the Association to reach the general population and promote sleep health in an accessible and impactful way.
