Activity: The Sleep Medicine team at the Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires and Universidad del Hospital Italiano, led by Dr. Valiensi, Stella M., has been actively participating in World Sleep Day for ten years.
This year, they will present different ways to address sleep disorders such as sleep hygiene according to age and sex. In addition, the team will offer free access to the day and will share prizes. “Our goal is to make Sleep Medicine accessible to all people who need it,” World Sleep Day is an important opportunity to spread awareness about the different areas of Sleep Medicine within everyone’s reach.
