Short Bio: I am a Health and Wellbeing Project Coordinator in a NHS Trust, working on supporting and improving the wellbeing of our NHS staff at our Trust hospitals and sites in north west England.
Activity: I am coordinating an information campaign to reach our staff members via our social media channels, internal communications (including intranet) and also our wellbeing walls (which are mobile and which we can move around our sites). This way we can reach all our shift workers, no matter what time of the day or night.
I am also seeking to involve our Health and Wellbeing Champions – staff members who voluntarily support our campaigns which helps to boost the wellbeing of their colleagues.
In addition I am hoping to launch, on World Sleep Day, a long-term campaign encouraging staff to take timely and quality rest breaks.
