Short Bio: I am an independant sleep practitioner and nurse prescriber who has founded a sleep health company in Herefordshire,UK, called WyeSleep.
I meet with clients suffering from insomnia and use a CBT-i based approach with high success rates .
I am also interested and active in teaching both individuals,groups and professionals about the importance of sleep in maintaining good health.
Activity: GP education morning- seminar on sleep, stress and aging. One hour seminar to a multidisciplinary team of GP’s, nurses, pharmacists, receptionists and health care workers
