Lyudmila Korostovtseva on behalf of the Somnology group (the Head – Yurii Sviryaev, MD, PhD) She believes that promotion of healthy sleep is a very relevant issue nowadays, when due to some advances and progress in technology there are so many factors interfering with the normal wake-sleep cycle. She thinks that the project of World Sleep Day is a wonderful opportunity to call attention of specialists and people not involved in the Health Care System to sleep and to sleep problems.
