1. A video of 2 minutes of duration was recorded based on the theater play, which was broadcast on some TV channels, as well as social networks and all the events we attended; which it was specially prepared for World Sleep Day 2016 by the Peruvian Institute of Neurosciences.

2.The Peruvian Institute of Neurosciences occasion of World Sleep Day organized a theater play “The impact of electronic devices with display which emit light on sleep, academic and work performance,” which featured actors who show the abusing television, laptop and cell phone can affect our sleep and hinder an exam at school, which was addressed to the general public with free admission.

3. A talk to more than 120 students of fifth year of secondary education of “Soberana Orden Militar de Malta” in the district of Villa Maria del Triunfo in Lima Peru on “The impact of electronic devices with display which emit light on sleep, academic and work performance”.
4. A conference entitled “World Sleep Day 2016” in the auditorium of Laboratorios Bago located in Av. Jorge Chavez 154 4th floor in the district of Miraflores directed to the general public with free admission.
