Activity: This year our activity consists of a day of lectures aimed at students and professors of the faculty of medicine at the University of El Salvador, which is the largest in the country. These conferences will aim to raise awareness about the importance of sleep in different stages of life, and highlight the lack of knowledge of the subject in medical undergraduate schools in our country.
The activity will have the following subjects:
1- The normal sleep and sleep disorders
2- Obstructive sleep apnea
3- Snoring
4- Sleep and memory
5- Today’s Insomnia in young people

These activities will be shown in the social networks of the Salvadoran Social Security Institute and in its virtual portal “Life and Family” so that they can be seen all over the world.
