Short Bio: I am currently the clincial psychologist and sleep specialist in the Department of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, Specialist in Collaborative Sleep Clinic, and the Assistant professor in the Pediatric Translational Medicine Institute in Shanghai Children’s Medical Center. I possess PhD in Clinical Psychology from East China Normal University, and completed my clinical and research internship on psychological behavior and sleep in childhood in Children’s National Medical Center in America. I assume the secretary of Pediatric Sleep Medicine, Chinese Medicine Committee, and the member of American Academy of Sleep Medicine. I am the reviewer of some international peer-review journals including Behavioral Sleep Medicine, Sleep Medicine, Sleep and Biological Rhythm, Research in Autism Spectrum Disorders, Child Psychiatry and Human Development, and Psychiatry Research. I have published more than 20 academic papers relating child mental and sleep health, complied several psychological textbooks. My clinical training in psychological counselling and psychotherapy include Cognitive Behavioral Treatment (CBT), Family Therapy, Solution-focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Narrative Therapy, Sand Play therapy, psychodrama therapy, Poetry Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT(TF-CBT) and CBT for sleep disturbances. I have engaged in clinical work on child mental and mental health for several years, and accumulated abundant experience in individual, family and group psychotherapy.
